What is our return policy?

If you change your mind, we accept returns or exchanges on our socks only, within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging. No refund on shipping cost period.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns on our masks, unless defective, due to the health and safety of our staff and customers.

I received a defective pair of socks or mask. Can I return it? Yes. Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock to [email protected], with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks.

Do you take returns from other retailers nationwide? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from purchases made on other websites, Amazon, or other retailers. Please contact them to inquire about their return policy. We all change our mind sometimes. If you would like to return your We Will Sock You order for any reason, we are delighted to offer our customers a 30-day refund policy on all items; provided they are unworn and with their original packaging.

To return items, you simply have to send your items back to us to the address below, including your packing slip/order number.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

UPDATE

We are currently experiencing severe delays with all domestic and international shipments. At this stage we cannot guarantee any USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express packages will be delivered within the specified shipping windows. This is out of our control, so please bare with us and we’ll update you when things return to normal (whatever normal means these days). Thank you for your patience.

OVERVIEW

All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday via Canada Post, USPS or FedEx, excluding bank holidays and all major holidays. Orders shipped to P.O Boxes are sent via Canada Post. Unfortunately, FedEx does not permit shipping to PO Boxes.

Please make sure to include any apartment, building, or suite number with your address if applicable. Any missing information from your address will effect delivery times and in some cases may cause your package to be returned to our office. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you for the correct address and additional shipping payment. If no response after 72 hours, your order will be refunded, minus your original shipping charge.

STANDARD ORDERS

Most orders will ship within two business days. If your order is placed after 2 pm East Dayligth Time on Friday, your order will be shipped out Monday. However, please allow for up to 48 hours for order processing during the holiday season.

It is important that you include your email address during check-out if you would like to receive a tracking number to be able to keep an eye on your package while it is en route.

Standard Shipping Orders can not be tracked.  Express Shipping Orders can be tracked at USPS.com or FedEx.com. With the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING SELECTIONS

  • Standard Shipping $2.99 per pair of socks.
  • Free Express Shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
  • Standard Shipping = 7- 21 business days
  • Express Shipping = 2-5 business days

Express Shipping and Priority Mail is guaranteed by USPS or Fedex and delivery times do sometimes vary. The business days listed are just an estimate and can be affected by anything, including poor weather and bank holidays.

USPS is scheduled to pick up on Monday through Friday between 3 pm and 4 pm. If your order is placed on a Monday evening, it will be picked up Tuesday afternoon. Your tracking number will be available on Tuesday, with the first update associated with the tracking number on Wednesday morning.

All FedEx Overnight orders must be placed before 12 pm Pacific Standard time to go out the same day on a Monday-Friday basis. Any orders placed after this time will be subject to ship on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. Please, please be sure to include the state/province in addition to the city in your address form, even if it is not necessary for delivery in the country your socks are being delivered to; it will help exponentially with delivery time and accuracy.
  2. International orders take between 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on any number of variables, including customs procedures or delayed flights when heading overseas. Delivery time will vary!
  3. Any international orders being shipped to a PO Box must include a phone number.
  4. It is important that you include your email address during check-out if you would like to receive a tracking number to be able to keep an eye on your package while it is en route.

Standard shipping $3.99 per pair of socks

US orders $75 or more qualify for Free Express Shipping.

All countries are different with customs and VAT, which is your government’s way of taxing you for goods purchased internationally. We recommend inquiring with your local post office for details on fees and additional time your package may take. All customs and VAT fees are the customer’s responsibility.
